After each completed job, you can rate your experience. Your star rating and written feedback help other customers and directly update your Tasker's metrics.
How this connects to Trust Score™
Trust Score™ is a percentage reliability index (PRD: 100-point scale). It combines on-time arrival, completion rate, cancellations, customer rating quality, and admin audits. Your star rating after a job is a separate signal — we show both on Tasker profiles (e.g. 92% Trust Score™ and 4.9 avg stars). As you complete more reviews, your Tasker's average stars and Trust Score™ update; admin tools recalculate scores automatically.
Post-booking reviews will open from your account after a job is marked complete. (Coming soon: full flow tied to your tasks.)
