Trust Score™ is our 100-point reliability index that measures on-time arrival, completion rate, cancellation behavior, customer ratings, and quality audits. It helps you choose professionals confidently and goes beyond simple star ratings.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time. The 1-hour deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee.

All Taskers undergo identity verification, background checks, and must provide before and after photos and completion checklists for every job. We conduct random quality audits to ensure service standards.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the service, you can raise a dispute within the app. Our admin team will review the case and may issue a full or partial refund based on the situation.

We use secure Stripe payment processing. You pay upfront when booking, and funds are held in escrow until the job is completed. Once you confirm completion, the Tasker receives their payout.

Yes! If you loved your Tasker, you can easily rebook them with one click for future services. You can also schedule repeat services for regular maintenance.
